About the Role: We are seeking talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in the Prince William County, Virginia area. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with delivering therapy services, implementing treatment plans, and conducting therapeutic activities under supervision.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
• Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at a single location or splitting time between multiple sites.
• Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
• Flexibility with assignments and locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
