Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity

Location: Laguna Beach, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Laguna Beach, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful community while helping students achieve their communication goals.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Details provided during the interview; anticipated K-12
• Location: Onsite in Laguna Beach, CA

Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs in delivering speech therapy services to students.
• Implement therapy plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support students’ communication development.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLPA licensure required
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
