About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school team near Fulshear, TX! This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, assisting them in developing essential speech and language skills to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing therapy services to students.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as developed by the SLP.
  • Support students in improving their speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the supervising SLP.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
