Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Needed  in Boerne, TX

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite position at Boerne ISD in Boerne, TX. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA to support students' speech and language development in a collaborative school environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Boerne ISD, Boerne, TX
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday
• Caseload: K-12 age groups
• Job Type: Contract, school-based

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Document therapy sessions and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program or equivalent
• Valid Texas SLPA license
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
