Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with children in need while working from home!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and attend IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Alabama SLP license or eligibility
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with children or in school settings
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
