School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Saratoga Springs, NY

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Saratoga Springs, New York. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment, providing services to students across various grade levels.?

Position Details:

  • Location: Saratoga Springs, NY?

  • Employment Type: Full-time?

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
    Caseload: Elementary to high school students (specifics to be discussed during the interview)?

  • Start Date: ASAP?

  • Salary: $42 – $60 per hour (based on experience)?

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.?
  • ???????Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.?
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.?

  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.?

  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to achieve speech and language goals.?

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.?

  • Valid New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain.?

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.?

  • New York State Teacher Certification in Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in school-based settings is a plus.?
