Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Palatine, IL. This position involves providing specialized support to students in autism-focused classrooms, helping them develop essential communication skills to enhance their educational experience.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Location: Onsite in Palatine, IL.
- Caseload: Working with students in autism support classrooms, specific caseload details to be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of students with autism.
- Provide direct therapy services, focusing on communication and social skills.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and families to provide a holistic approach to student support.
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adjust plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Illinois state SLP licensure.
- Experience working in autism-focused settings or with autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
