Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist - Lansing MI - K-5 Articulation and Language Specialist

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our innovative virtual therapy team serving students in Lansing, Michigan. As a leader in teletherapy services, we connect qualified SLPs with students who need their expertise, regardless of location barriers.
Position Details

• 37.5 hours per week (typical school hours)
• Elementary caseload (K-5 students)
• Manageable caseload of approximately 45-55 students
• Focus on articulation disorders and language development
• Virtual therapy through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations via secure virtual platform
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions for articulation and language disorders
• Track and document student progress using data-driven methods
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support carryover of communication skills
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and parent consultations
• Create digital therapy materials tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation for all therapy services

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active Michigan SLP license
• Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience
• Experience with pediatric articulation and language disorders
• Proficiency with virtual therapy delivery preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Technology Requirements

• Computer with webcam and headset capabilities
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Quiet, private workspace for confidential therapy sessions
• Ability to navigate virtual therapy platforms and digital resources
