About the Role: We are excited to expand our team and are looking for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join us in the Charleston, South Carolina area. With numerous positions available, you will have the chance to provide exceptional therapy services across a variety of settings in this vibrant region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SLPs: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • SLPAs: Support SLPs in delivering therapy services, assisting with the implementation of treatment plans and carrying out therapeutic activities under supervision.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
  • Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at one location or splitting time between multiple sites.
  • Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.

Qualifications for SLPs:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications for SLPAs:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid state licensure in South Carolina.
  • Preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Flexibility with assignments and locations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
