Soliant is actively seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Carthage, MO. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and make a lasting impact on students' communication skills.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Carthage, MO
• Caseload: K-12 students (details provided during the interview)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of the school year
• Work Environment: Onsite only

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Missouri SLP license
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs may be considered
• School-based experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with district and state guidelines

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)
