- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in your state
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication skills for virtual therapy and documentation.
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with a remote team and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff for student support.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and supervision sessions.
- Mentorship and supervision for CFs.
