Virtual School Psychologist - Toledo OH - Comprehensive K-12 Evaluation Specialist

VocoVision is expanding our team of virtual school psychologists serving students in Toledo, Ohio. Our innovative teletherapy platform connects qualified professionals with schools and students who need specialized assessment services, regardless of geographic barriers.
Position Details

• Full-time position (35-37.5 hours weekly)
• Mixed caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Focus on initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Virtual assessment administration and report writing
• Participation in eligibility determination meetings

Core Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive cognitive and achievement assessments virtually
• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and synthesize findings into clear reports
• Present evaluation findings to educational teams and families
• Consult with teachers regarding appropriate interventions and accommodations
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on eligibility determinations
• Support development of appropriate educational programming
• Maintain compliance with all special education timelines and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Valid Ohio school psychologist license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school-based assessment
• Knowledge of Ohio special education regulations
• Experience with virtual assessment preferred but not required
• Proficiency with major assessment instruments
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strong virtual communication abilities

• Dedicated home office space for confidential assessment administration
• Computer with high-quality camera and audio capabilities
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Familiarity with secure virtual assessment platforms
• Ability to maintain test security in a virtual environment
