Position Type: Part-Time (3 days/week, ~24 hours/week) for the 2024/2025 School Year

Work Environment: Onsite Hybrid (Indirect services can be done from home!)

About the Position:

We are seeking a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This part-time position requires approximately 24 hours per week, spread over three days. The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educational professionals and parents.
• Offer crisis intervention and support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Qualifications:

• Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) certification.
• Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of educational laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
