Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, working with school-aged children near Winters, CA. This position involves providing services to students with a variety of physical and developmental needs within the school setting. You will play a critical role in helping students overcome physical barriers, improve their mobility, and fully participate in their academic environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with other educational staff, including special education teachers and occupational therapists, to ensure students receive comprehensive support. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' physical needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop individualized physical therapy plans that align with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on improving their functional mobility, strength, and motor skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to support students' academic and physical goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Master's in Physical Therapy
• Experience working in school settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based therapy services.
