Physical Therapist (PT) - School Setting

Soliant Education is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Oxon Hill, MD, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to student development and support.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate: Assess students’ physical therapy needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Deliver Therapy: Provide direct therapy services to help students achieve their physical goals.
• Collaborate: Work with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track Progress: Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Attend IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support student objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current or eligible for physical therapy licensure in Maryland.
• Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
