Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school-based team in La Grange Park, IL. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students from PreK through 12th grade.

Job Details:

• Location: La Grange Park, IL
• Position: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Duration: Full 2024-2025 school year
• Population: PreK-12th grade students across multiple sites
• Caseload: Approximately 25 students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' needs in various school settings.
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Assist with mobility, gross motor skills, and adaptive physical education needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff.
