Job Title:  School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)  

Job Type:  Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team with a school district in Hyde Park, Illinois. The PT will work with students to develop, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily school activities. You’ll collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services based on student needs and IEP goals.

• Develop treatment plans and monitor student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.

• Document and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

• Illinois PT license required.

• School experience is preferred but not required.
