We're currently seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Falcon, CO.

Position Overview: We're in search of a full-time, full-year contracted Physical Therapist (PT) in Falcon, CO. As a PT with Soliant Education, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential services to students, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and activities.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Valid license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado.
• Preferably, previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.
