Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Needed | 2024-2025 School Year 

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2024-2025 school year in Davis, CA. This is a full-time, school-based position, working with PreK-12th grade students across multiple school sites in the district. Position Details:

• Location: Davis, CA
• Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday
• Caseload: 25 students, PreK-12th grade
• Travel: Multiple school sites within the district
• Job Type: Contract, school-based

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' motor skills and physical function.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' physical development and educational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with district guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid CA PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred
• Must be comfortable traveling between school sites
• Full legal name and license number required by the school for consideration
