Position Details:

• Location: Near Quakertown, PA, and surrounding areas
• Employment Type: Multiple Full-time and part-time positions available
• Compensation: $17–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Start Date: ASAP
• Caseload: Varied across K-12 settings, candidate's preference

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet just one of the following criteria:

1. Associate’s degree or higher
2. At least 2 years of post-secondary education (48 college credits)
3. Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraprofessionals in Pennsylvania

Additional Requirements:

• At least 1 year of school-based experience (required)
• Experience in special education (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
• Assist with individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and report to teachers and staff.
