Full Time Occupational Therapist (School Based) in Spring Valley, California

Soliant is excited to announce multiple openings for Occupational Therapists (OT) for school-based positions near Spring Valley, CA! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated OTs to join our team and support students in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' academic and functional performance.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine therapy goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California OT license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques suitable for a school environment.
• Commitment to student growth and development.
