Full-Time Onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) Needed in Soldotna, AK

Location: Soldotna, AK
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
Pay Range: $45 - $55 per hour (based on experience)

Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Soldotna, AK. This full-time opportunity will allow you to work closely with students in a variety of grade levels to help them develop important life skills.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: K-12 students (specific details discussed during interview)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of school year (with potential for renewal)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with physical, sensory, and motor challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to meet student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Alaska OT licensure required
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
