School-Based Occupational Therapist: Summer 25

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a supportive school environment. This role involves working with students from diverse backgrounds to support their ability to participate fully in school activities and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies

• Contribute to IEP meetings and assist in developing goals tailored to each student’s needs

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
