We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a supportive school environment. This role involves working with students from diverse backgrounds to support their ability to participate fully in school activities and achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success

Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies

Contribute to IEP meetings and assist in developing goals tailored to each student’s needs
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
