Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role involves working with K-12 students to support their educational and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid California state license.
• Experience with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of K-12 developmental and educational needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
