A school district in Minnesota is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess students’ needs and create personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minnesota OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
