Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on enhancing students' motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive abilities
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans in accordance with students' evolving needs

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license
• Experience: Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
• Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and adaptability within a school environment
