Position Overview:

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a part-time basis in Dearborn Heights, MI. This school-based position offers flexible days, allowing for a perfect work-life balance while making a positive impact on students' lives. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to help students achieve their fullest potential. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
