Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Title 1 Elementary Teacher to join our school district. This full-time position will support students in grades K-4, providing essential instruction to enhance their academic success and language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics to students in grades K-4.
• Offer individualized and small group support to students who require additional academic assistance.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Develop and implement instructional materials tailored to students' academic needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student growth and success.

Qualifications:

• ESL or Bilingual Certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in elementary education (K-4).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with diverse student populations.
