Full-Time COTA Needed in Bridgeport, CT – Preschool Caseload

Soliant is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time opportunity in Bridgeport, CT, working with a preschool caseload. Join a dynamic team and help make a lasting impact on young students’ development and learning!

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Caseload: Preschool students
• Location: Bridgeport, CT
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of school year (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard school hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement individualized plans
• Assist in evaluations and assessments
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff

Qualifications:

• Active CT COTA license
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for working with preschool-aged children
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
