Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Active Washington State COTA License
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist (OT) in providing therapy to students
• Implement individualized therapy plans and goals
• Support students in the development of fine motor skills and daily living activities
• Communicate with teachers and parents about student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school district
