Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive educational team at a School for the Blind in Milpitas, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support individualized educational goals
• Use effective communication and strategies to engage students with visual impairments
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification is required
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Ability to adapt behavioral strategies to meet the needs of visually impaired students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
