Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Las Cruces, NM 

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop essential skills and achieve their goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and supervisors
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders (preferred)
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
