This part-time position, available for a maximum of 2 days per week, is designed to provide targeted behavioral support through observations and collaborative consultation with teachers—all while making a significant impact on students’ lives for the remainder of the school year.

Position Details:

• Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: La Grange, IL
• Schedule: Part-Time (maximum 2 days per week)
• Dates: ASAP – End of School Year (EOSY)

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Caseload: Focus on assisting two 8th grade students
• Conduct classroom observations to monitor behavioral progress
• Consult with teachers to develop and refine behavior support strategies
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in educational settings, particularly with middle school students
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with teachers and support staff
