Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services to clients in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in WA.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
