Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Tech Experience – Silver City, NM (88061)
Friday & Saturday Sleep Lab | Sunday RRT | Multi-Skilled Role

Job Details:

• Location: Silver City, NM (88061)

• Shift: Sleep Lab on Friday & Saturday; RRT on Sunday

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist & Sleep Lab experience required

• License/Certification: NM Respiratory Therapist License required

• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required

• Neonatal Experience: Required

• Special Skills: Must be multi-skilled and confident in CAH patient care, including neonatal resuscitation, trauma, and advanced life support

• Licensing Note: As of 1/1/2018, all NM Respiratory Therapists must have their NM RRT Licensure. If a candidate obtained a NM CRT prior to 1/1/2018, the facility may accept it.

• First-time travelers accepted

Unit Information:

• Primary Responsibilities: Conducting Sleep Lab studies on Fridays & Saturdays, and working as an RRT on Sundays. If no sleep lab patients are scheduled, the role transitions into RRT duties.
