We're looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our virtual learning team. This position combines remote work flexibility with the opportunity to provide meaningful educational support to students with diverse needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective IEPs for diverse learners
- Deliver specialized instruction in a virtual environment
- Coordinate with teaching teams to ensure student success
- Document and assess student achievement
- Build and maintain strong parent partnerships
- Conduct virtual IEP meetings and attend professional development
- Design accessible digital learning materials

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Washington State teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of special education law
- Mastery of digital learning platforms
- Excellence in written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills:
- Virtual teaching background
- Advanced technology integration skills
- Experience with behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of assistive technology tools
