Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate therapy staff
• Collaborate on treatment planning and delivery
• Lead onboarding, training, and quality assurance
• Manage payroll, PTO, and interdepartmental schedules
• Perform simulations and direct patient care as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations
• Liaise between therapists, physicians, and physicists

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program
• ARRT-certified & CT licensed (required)
• 2–3 years' experience in radiation therapy with leadership exposure
• A.S. required; B.S. strongly preferred (Healthcare/Personnel Management emphasis)
• Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills
• Flexible, organized, and dedicated to excellent patient care

Technology & Equipment:
Includes Varian Trilogy, TrueBeam, Novalis, Elekta Synergy, Gamma-Med, GE Advantage-Sim CT, Philips Brilliance, Leksell Gamma Knife, and RefleXion X1 with SCINTIX. Surface imaging technology also in use.
