Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacist with strong sterile compounding and home infusion experience for a full-time opportunity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a 13-week assignment with the potential for direct hire. Position Details:

  • Setting: Home Infusion

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Call: Rotating on-call for weekends and during the week

  • Duration: 13 weeks with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense medications in a sterile environment, adhering to USP <797> and <800> guidelines

  • Perform all clinical and operational duties within a home infusion setting

  • Monitor drug therapies for appropriateness and efficacy based on patient conditions

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and patients to ensure proper medication therapy and patient support

  • Oversee the compounding of sterile products including antibiotics, TPNs, and other IV medications

  • Maintain accurate records of drug dispensing, preparation, and storage procedures

  • Handle all pharmacy documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Provide clinical support and consultation as needed to optimize patient outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Pharmacist License

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy

  • Experience with sterile compounding (non-negotiable)

  • Solid understanding of USP <797>/<800> compliance and aseptic technique

  • Comfortable with rotating on-call responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
