Job Title: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time position with a standard shift of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Tennessee and have experience with infusion therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and provide patient counseling.
• Review medication orders and ensure appropriate drug therapy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including monitoring and advising on drug therapy.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of infusion medications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid Pharmacist license with the State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Infusion experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
