This full-time, 12+ week assignment offers the chance to work in a well-established hospital setting with a night shift schedule, perfect for those who thrive during the late hours and want to make an impact in patient care.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12+ weeks
• Schedule: Night shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• Duties: Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, performing pharmacokinetic monitoring, consulting with physicians and nurses, and providing essential pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care during the night shift.

Job Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist License: Required
• Hospital Pharmacy Experience: Required. Candidates must have experience in inpatient pharmacy, including the ability to handle critical situations, provide accurate medication management, and effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Night Shift Flexibility: Ability to work overnight shifts (9:30 PM to 7:30 AM) is essential for this role.
• Technical Skills: Experience with EPIC and Pyxis is highly preferred.
• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Must be able to supervise pharmacy technicians, consult with medical staff, and make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
