Full Time Specialty Compounding Pharmacy Production Pharmacist - Kennett Square, PA

Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist for an exciting opportunity in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. This is a 13-week contract position with the potential for permanent hire. The facility specializes in bespoke pharmaceutical preparations, creating personalized compounds tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Job Overview: As a Production Pharmacist, you will work under the supervision of the Production Manager to coordinate and control all production activities. You’ll play a key role in implementing production plans, managing manufacturing processes in accordance with cGMP guidelines, and supervising production personnel. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that all compounded medications meet the facility’s high standards of quality.

Job Duties:

• Operations: Coordinate and organize the manufacturing process, ensuring all materials and equipment are available and functioning correctly. Fulfill monthly and weekly production plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
• Compliance: Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and company policies. Ensure conformance of all manufacturing processes with organizational objectives.
• Training: Oversee the training of production personnel to ensure they are fully knowledgeable about processes and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily production reports, maintaining accurate documentation.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts required (schedule may consist of either Saturday or Sunday ongoing)

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist
• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage production staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cGMP guidelines and production planning
