Retail Pharmacist – Summer Coverage | Jacksonville, FL

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Retail Pharmacist for a full-time maternity leave coverage opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This 16–18 week assignment, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered retail pharmacy setting.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 16–18 weeks

• Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify medications

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage workflow

• Provide direct patient counseling and medication education

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes

• Support daily pharmacy operations with initiative and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience

• Experience with HIV/AIDS medications is required 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable with pharmacy technology; QS1 experience is a plus
