Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacist for an exciting full-time summer opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This is a maternity leave coverage position, beginning mid-July and lasting approximately 16-18 weeks. Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Start Date: July 14, 2025
Duration: 16 to 18 weeks
Responsibilities:
As a retail pharmacist in this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including:

Accurate dispensing and verification of medications

Supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring workflow efficiency

Providing direct patient counseling and support
-
Communicating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-
Identifying daily pharmacy needs and proactively stepping in where needed
Requirements:
-
Active Florida Pharmacist License
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
-
Experience with HIV/AIDS medications is required – please ensure this is clearly listed on your resume, even if minimal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and being a collaborative team player

Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn QS1 software quickly (QS1 experience is a plus)
