Full Time Closed-Door Long-Term Care Pharmacist - Indianapolis, IN

Soliant Health is urgently seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacist to join a dynamic closed-door, long-term care pharmacy team in Indianapolis, IN. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently verify and dispense medications for long-term care patients

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Maintain high standards of patient safety and medication accuracy

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Provide expert consultation on pharmaceutical care plans

• Participate in weekend rotations as required

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Every third weekend required, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana (required)

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and state/federal guidelines

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience in long-term care or closed-door pharmacy preferred

• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends as needed

• Candidates with retail pharmacy experience and strong adaptability are welcomed
