LTC Staff Pharmacist Job Full-Time - Indianapolis, IN

**Job Details:**

- **Start:** ASAP
- **Duration:** 6 months with the potential for Temp-to-Hire
- **Shift:** 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with the ability to work every 3rd weekend rotation

**Duties:**

As a Pharmacist in this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Checking and verifying dispensed medications and E-Kits.
- Managing pharmacy technicians.
- Maintaining strong communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, especially as patients are released from acute facilities and transferred to skilled nursing facilities.

**Experience:**

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting or strong experience working with geriatric patients.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail pharmacist looking to transition into a new and rewarding setting.
