Soliant Health is hiring for a 13–16 week contract opportunity in Nashville, TN—a great chance to step into a leadership role while providing life-changing support to patients receiving specialty infusion treatments. Position: Pharmacist 
Location: Nashville, TN 
Duration: 13-16 Weeks 
Start: TBD

Schedule: Standard shift is 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotation to a late shift (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) when on-call.

Setting:
Home Infusion / Site Infusion

Job Overview: This is an excellent opportunity to work with a national leader in home and site infusion services. You’ll work closely with pharmacy technicians, nurses, and management to ensure accurate dispensing, timely deliveries, and clinical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve prescriptions prepared by technicians in compliance with state regulations

  • Conduct medication assessments using patient-specific clinical information

  • Perform final verification of prescription orders

  • Support regulatory compliance regarding controlled substances and medication storage

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to medications and clinical protocols

  • Assess lab data to guide therapeutic decisions within appropriate drug ranges

  • Assist with implementation of quality and cost-control strategies in procurement and dispensing

  • Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed

  • Act as pharmacy leader in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge

  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all regulations concerning PHI and EPHI

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy

  • Active pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee

  • Prior experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

  • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and computer applications

  • Willingness to support after-hours responsibilities as part of a team rotation
