Position: Staff Pharmacist
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13-weeks (contract to hire)
Shift Availability:  Mon - Thurs 8:30a - 5:30p, Fri 8:30p-12:30p (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement and manage store policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software
