Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with every 3rd weekend rotation
• Setting: Inpatient hospital
• Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

• Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and effectiveness
• Provide clinical guidance and drug information to healthcare staff
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to optimize outcomes
