Pharmacist Job Full-Time or PRN Shifts OH

Soliant Health has partnered with a new respected medical facility in Ohio and is seeking a pharmacist with full-time or PRN availability. 

Job Title: Travel Pharmacist
Setting: Hospital - Inpatient
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Varied, 0700 – 1530 and 1500 – 2330, No on-call
Duration: 13-weeks or longer

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient Pharmacist Position in an Acute Hospital Setting
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
• Work directly with nurses, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
• Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience and completion of an accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
