Location: South Carolina
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, every 3rd weekend rotation
Setting: Hospital / Inpatient Pharmacy

Are you a detail-oriented, patient-focused pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact in a hospital setting? We’re seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our dedicated pharmacy team and support safe, effective medication therapy for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols

• Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, interactions, and allergies

• Monitor patient responses to drug therapies and adjust recommendations as needed

• Provide drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy outcomes

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted South Carolina pharmacist license

• Hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient safety

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Every 3rd weekend rotation
